Well, I'm here and on plan, but I have let myself slip again on exercising. I intend to get back on track this evening. After I pick my ds up from his Speech Team practice I'm going to throw in my WATP 1 mile dvd and get my dd (4) to walk, walk, walk with mommy,lol. I figure that way I get exercise, baby time, and it'll wear her out...maybe letting me put her to bed early ;o}
I plan on hitting the gym atleast 3 times this week if not 5 (I am really aiming for 5 times) I also am trying to get my weight training in 3 times this week!! I love the journal they offer on this site!! This is great!! Good luck everyone with your goals for the week!! I am aiming to lose 2-4 pounds this week!!
I finally figured out what my action plan will be for this week. I will research on nutrition recommendations and see the serving numbers of different food groups.. then I will follow that.. I won't just say I need to up the calories to a certain number because knowing me that would mean eating all kind of junk to fill the gap.. so I'll just focus on the servings I need to get in and I'll work something out from there.
Hello everyone. Well Sunday I did not gain but Monday I did cause I had 3 helpings of Mac and cheese Tuesday I had blood work and did not eat till 10 20 am So when I could eat I pigged out big time. I ate all the kinds of junk food. I gained then too. bringing me to 318lbs again. I am just hoping i don't have diabetes. Maryanne
