So, my hubby and I joined Weight Watchers today. I've done it before and was successful, however I stopped going to meetings and stayed off the program. I'm ready to start it tomorrow:) I'm up to 289lbs:( I've gained like 10 lbs in 3 months:( Anywho, where is a good website or place to start a free weight loss journal??

Hello! WTG on getting back to WW's. And I think having dh with you for the ride will be even more help to you! Best of luck to you two as you embark your journey together. The only site I've ever used for tracking things & such is fitday.com. I'm sure someone may come along with other suggestions for you.

Again, good luck and I know you will do fabulous!

WW is a great program and remember you are working to change your lifestyle and not just diet to lose the weight. this is a program that should be for the rest of your life.

when you joined if you bought the new monthly pass you should have gotten free etools. if you didn't buy the pass you should get it for 2 free weeks. you can journal in it and it calculates the points. I think this promotion is nationwide.

Hi, Nat. I started WW for the second time at the end of August. I don't know much about online fitness journals, but I've heard that fitday.com is pretty good. If you need any WW friendly recipes just let me know. I've got tons of them.

Thanks! I'm sure I could use some of them. How is WW going for you this time around?

I feel a lot more committed this time around. The first time I went on WW I was "talking the talk" but not "walking the walk". The minute I plateaued I just chucked everything. This time I made myself a promise that I would faithfully do the program for a year and not pay so much attention to the scale. Looking at it that way makes me feel like I have breathing room. I'm not concerned about the week to week weight, I'm looking forward to what the scale says on August 25th, 2007.

Welcome back to the board and congratulations on re-joining Weight Watchers. I haven't read the other responses, but www.fitday.com allows you to keep a free journal and it calculates calories and everything. You can even enter your own foods and it retains the information for you. If you don't want to be that technical, you can also use our journals section below. I post my daily food intake there every day (well, I've been slacking lately, but usually every day). Fitday's a great site, though, but it doesn't calculate points for you. Welcome and good luck!
