Happy Monday everybody? What are you planning to focus on this week?
Personally I'll kick my butt into starting exercising again.. that would be what? attempt number 200 or something?.. but who's counting LOL...
So.. what about you guys?
Hi everyone! This week I'm going to concentrate on getting to bed at a decent hour. I've been staying up really late and that leaves me feeling exhausted all the next day. The more tired I am, the more stressed I feel and the more I crave junk food (mostly carbs). I am hoping that if I can get more rest I'll also feel like exercising more.

Hi Mary! Thanks for the welcome, BTW! My focus this week has got to be about the exercise. I had been on a good roll with it a few weeks back and then I got sick and have struggled to get back to it. I know for me personally, if I don't move, the scale doesn't move hardly at all.

My focus is definitely exercise. Going to try just walking on the treadmill for starters. Got a good start last night so if that keeps going well I might just try to focus on watching the snacking as well but who knows.

Well, I'm here :).
My goal for this week is to get back to focusing on eating healthy and having a well balanced diet. For the past month I've been focusing too much on the weight thing. I've had a lot of super low calorie days and have been focusing too much on not eating many carbs other than fruits and veggies. This is fine to do once in a while, but I've been doing it 3-5 days a week then eating too much junk on the other days. Sure, it produces great weight loss results, but it's setting me back up to binge like I used to. This week I'm aiming for my 1800 calories per day and relaxing my recent bans on a lot of things. I bought some really yummy Weight Watcher's desserts (the cookie dough sundae is AWESOME) and am planning on making sure I get my sweet treat every night like I used to. It worked much better that way :).
