Walk Away the Pounds....

I was just wondering if anyone here does, or has done Walk Away the Pounds? I am thinking of getting it because I am to embarrassed to go walking around the neighborhood, so I think I would do it more consistently. I am starting Weight Watchers today, just trying to follow it on my own! Hopefully I can get back on track here!

Hey Tami,

I love the WATPs workouts. I prefer to walk outside or on the treadmill, but the DVDs have really been a godsend to "mix it up." There isn't anything cutesie and annoying, and nothing that is awkward and stressful. She also does a great job of dividing the "distances" so that if you need to break up your work out you can do so pretty easily. I honestly spend most of the workout thinking that it feels to easy to be exercise and by the end I'm convinced that it's a real workout. Good luck with exercising and WW. Annie

I just recently bought the 1,2, and 3 mile WATP dvd set. They're great! Now I see why everyone raves about them. I can pop in the 1 mile (currently all I can manage) and get in a good workout in just 30 mins.

Hi Tami. I love these dvd's. I don't know what I would do without them. I'm like you, I'm embarrassed to go out walking. Doing it at home like this is so nice, no worries about what the weather will be like too. Not to mention you get a little extra ooomph with these adding small hand weights. Good luck with WW!!

if that is the one by Lesley Sansone, I approve it 100%. I have it, not sure if it's the same one, but this one is for 1 mile, 2 mile and 3 miles. I have been doing the one mile, adn let me tell you, it is a good work out.
Good luck.....you can do it......
