So the Walk Away the Pounds posts got me wondering what workout videos people have and or actually do. I for one own a couple I don't actually use lol. Theres a ton out there I know, so was wondering what everyone has and what ones they like.

WATP 1,2,3 mile walks
WATP Express 1 & 2 miles w/ stretchy band
Biggest Loser
Leslie Sansone "you can do it" Pilates
Leslie Sansone "you can do it" exerball for abs
Karen Voight BLT -buns,legs&thighs exerball workout
The Firm Transfirmer series--Still working on this one it's SO hard!
Jillian Michaels Kickboxing and strength & tone.--these are hard too!
I have others, but these are the ones on the front burner for now. The Firm and Jillian Michaels are the toughies at the moment and frankly, haven't done those all that much. I love WATP stuff, so easy and great workout! Biggest Loser is my all time fave I think because it's quick and gets to the point...feel the burn! LOL

I have the old school Tae Bo collection (1999 version) on VHS. Back in 2002, I did them twice a day for like three months and lost weight. (Not sure how much because I was very anti scale back then, but enough so that my pants were falling down.) Anyway, after a while I got bored with Billy. Other videos I have tried were the 8 minute one (abs, buns). I've learned that I can't stand to exercise to TV. I fast forward through the hard parts or pause it for like half an hour while I go make something to eat. LOL! I don't have the discipline.

I have "Walk the Walk" by Leslie Sansone....It
I used to have the old Tae-Bo tapes too! I actually liked them back in the day :) Wonder if I still have those.. I don't have a VCR tho so doesn't really matter I guess. It's kinda nice to know I'm not the only one that fast forwards thru parts of videos lol
