Hello everyone,
I'm new here, and my name is Marlene. I am from British Columbia and I am looking to loose approximately 100 lbs now. I am 33 weeks pregnant with our first child, and look forward to getting back to the regular excersise and eating habits when the baby is born!

Hi guys, just a little re-introduction - I am 28, and after losing a bunch of weight back about 6 years ago and getting down to 178, I gained a lot (but fortunately not all) of it back, so I am here to lose it again, and get down to my true goal weight of 150 once and for all. Finding exercise a bit of a struggle time-wise because I work full time and go to school, but I think many of you have busy lives (chidren, work, etc.) and still find the time to exercise, so my excuses are starting to run thin :) Have made a lot of (slow) progress with changing my eating habits, and now I think it's time to start focusing on exercise.
Have certainly found this board to be so helpful and supportive when I have the time to logon and read and post. Wishing everyone all the best and the success I know we each deserve!
