Who's ready to lose some serious weight this week? I know I am!


My goals are to start journaling again and do some sort of exercise every weekday.

My goals are to stay within my calorie limits, drink at least 64 oz of water each day, and exercise at least 2x this week (I know, that's barely anything, but I haven't been able to to it even once a week lately...)

Oh, and lose at least another 2 pounds this week :)

My goals for this week are (1) to up my veggie servings, (2) to stick to my 30-45 mins. a day exercise routine, and (3) to try really hard to get at least seven hours of sleep most nights.

Errr, what is the point of having the flu for 3 days if you don't lose any weight?

Anyway, my goal for the week is to walk at least 2 miles every day and develop some type of eating plan so I can stop snacking.
