Well, I walked last night and I am going to walk tonight. Even if it was only 1/2 a mile it's more than I did last week. If I exercise two days in a row that would be a personal best for me I'm not kidding. Mimi
Monday I did 1 hr of bellydancing, Tuesday I did an hour of weight training and toning, and yes I am sore, but I will keep going, I want to get over my 2 day hump. I always go for 2 days then I stop for about a week.
