Why is it so hard to get back on track..

.. once you fall off??!!
It is so frustrating.. I start the day just fine.. wanting to get back on track.. all fired up and then by the end of the day BAM I crash and burn
I'm just so mad at myself right now.. Sunday I was supposed to get back on track.. ended up drinking a lot of bear and eating tons of pork sausages then washing them with more beer.. no exercise
Then I said Monday was the magic day and by the end of that day I was eating like crazy! And I didn't see any point to exercise either
I'm up to 216 pounds and I"m so mad at myself now. I started the day fine and I just pray I don't get crazy by the end of the day and start slacking again. Wish me luck

Eeks.
Another update.. I was doing OK yesterday and I even exercised YAY!! Then we went out to the supermarket, and we bought those tarts.. then one thing let to another and I binged again as soon as we got home. So I'm still struggling here.
Thank you for all your encouragement. I have a 3 day weekend that will prove to be very challenging (Thursday through Saturday).. we will not travel or anything but just staying home all day with food around and on binge mood may not be very helpful. I pray I can overcome this AND exercise. I will be back on Sunday and will tell you how it went.
(((Hugs))), Mary. Don't be too hard on yourself. You can do this. Don't give yourself ultimatems (sp?). Just take it one step, one hour, one day at a time...just be good to yourself. You will get back on track. You will.
