I have no idea what that feeling could be.. might be restricting calories too much all of a sudden and it might be the medication, or anything else really. I'm sorry I have no clue there.
I usually don't eat a lot if I'm eating stuff that I don't like (and have the willpower to not go offtrack) so this might be the case with you. I am not sure how nutri systems work, so I can't really offer much advice there.
I guess I'm no help whatsoever.. I hope someone else has better ideas
I think Staci hit the nail on the head, so to speak. Antibiotics always cause me to have that metallic taste for the extent of the time I have to take them. Your other symptoms sound similar to those that I've heard low carb dieters say they've experienced. Cutting the Coke removes a significant amount of sugar from your diet. I'm not sure what the carb count in the Nutri-system meals is but if I had to guess I'd say it's low because of the quick weightloss you described.
If you start feeling particularly bad please make a doctors appt. If it's nothing serious, it will probably ease up in a few days when your body becomes accustomed to your new eating plan.
First, congrats on the six pounds.. awesome job!
