I think it's great that you challenged yourself to try a harder workout.
You don't want so much pain that you can't walk, but a little 'burn' shows that you really worked your muscles - it's the breaking down and healing of little tears in our muscles that make them stronger - and the more muscle we have, the more calories we burn just sitting around! It's like a double bonus!

Colleen, I love the BL workout. The lunges and squats are hard at first, but I guarantee if you keep up with it you will get thru no problem. Not to mention that your hips and thighs will start to look marvelous! :) I haven't done this one religiously for some time now so I will probably have to stop & start alot to get back into the swing of things. But it's a start, right?!
I also heard that there was going to be another BL workout coming out in December. Trying to find more info. I think Bob is a wonderful trainer and gets great results.
Keep up the great work lady, good things will be happening for sure!
