1) use the stairs at work and not the elevator 2) watch my calorie intake (1000-1200 cal) 3) walk for 30 minutes at least 3x before my next wiegh in (Tuesdays)
I'm alittle late getting to this but for the remainder of this week is to just concentrate on getting in my water. That's it, plain & simple. When I can get in 100+ oz a day I feel so much better for it. Not to mention that alot less food tends to make it to my mouth. LOL

My goal for this week is to write in my food journal everyday. Missed a few days last week~~
My Goals this week are:
to get back on track and lose some weight this week. I am so tired of gaining.
and to get back to exercising 5 days a week.
Uh, does it seem to anyone else
1) Exercise every weekday
2) Not get over 1,800 calories on the weekend (big challenge here!)
