Ready to Start Over!

Hi Everybody - Well, I've been off track now for about a month. I am Bipolar (manic-depressive) and well, I haven't been very stable with my mood. This of course affects my eating habits. When I'm depressed or anxious I want to eat to calm my nerves and when I'm manic I normally forget to eat and then I get real hungry so I overendulge. My goal is to lose 10 lbs by Thanksgiving. I think that is obtainable. That would bring my total to 93 lbs lost. That would be awesome! Anyway, you guys have always been supportive to me and I thank you. Just wanted to say that I hope I can get back on track for good this time.
Take Care, Jena

Jena,
I am with you 100%!! I have been simply maintaining- without a BIG gain for about a month- but I so want to do this! My goal is 15 lbs by the end of October- and I am going to do that by amping up my excercise. Good luck to you!!

Jena, I'm sorry I know how mood swings can just about affect all that we do. I had a great first week and then I started my period. So this week seems to be a bit harder for me. 10 lbs is totally obtainable. YOU CAN DO IT!!!! Cocchi
