Okay Dani, here comes my big ol' size 10 shoe to give you the boot you asked for. You have done phenomenally well! You've stayed focused and haven't cheated. What else can you ask of yourself? The projections for your weight loss are estimates, not givens. Wouldn't you rather hit a stall before you move to maintenance? You still lost during these two weeks, so what are you like 3 or 4 pounds off? Give yourself a break already and stay focused on what's ahead. It's what got you through the weeks leading up to this, right? Hang in there sweetie! Annie
I'm so sorry you're having a rough week (or two), and am just still in awe of the fact that you've been absolutely faithful to the program all this time! I'd be pi$$ed, too, probably... but you are still losing weight, so THAT's good, and it may be that between TOM, etc., you had a weigh-in blip that will correct itself before the next run-in with the scale. When I was weighing every day, the range was amazing in the course of a week. If I weighed less often and happened to hit a "bad" day, watch out world!
Personally, I'd love to see you stick with this program for the next two weeks. You've come so far, the numbers are almost irrelevant (almost!) compared to your accomplishment. And then, when you make it to maintenance, you'll have nothing to reproach yourself for. 67 pounds is damn good! I know you've earned every one of those the hard way, but can you hang in a little longer?

Thanks Staci!
I think with your track record, there is definitely hope.

I've got all my fingers crossed for you!

Spices and seasonings:
Okay, one more probably very odd question--are you allowed sugar free drink mixes (such as Crystal Light, etc.)?
I can have sugar free koolaid.
