I am making a very bold commitment here.. I will be doing cardio everyday for the next 30 days. I wanted to post it here so I would be embarrassed of you guys and keep myself on track.
So I'm starting today instead of next Monday.. this means I will have to exercise through the weekend.. that would be a first for me LOL.. but since I'm motivated enough then why not?
I'll be posting here regularly to show off my commitment, so I'm just warning you guys this thread will be full of YAY I exercised.. and YAY I'm still at it.. I hope you don't get tired of it, but this will be going on for the next 30 days..
Here I go.. wish me good luck

Good Luck Mary!
Dani, I'm glad you're doing this with me.. so how was your first three days??
I did it!! YAY YAY YAY
Thursday: stationary bike, 22 minutes
Friday: Stationary bike, 22 minutes (first Friday ever to exercise)
Saturday: walking for 10 minutes.. so I almost skipped this one (went to a wedding and had to have my hair done and was out all day.. didn't eat anything at the wedding though)
So that's 3 days.. and going
Great committment to exercise daily. however you might want to throw into your program at least twice a week weights - most women really need it and it does help in weight loss. I do and always have since starting exercise doing weights 2 sometimes 3 times a week and aerobic activity 4-5 times a week.
looking forward to reading your success.

Mary,
I'm bailing out on my exercising due to the house fire.
Mary
I do understand that you are starting first with cardio-- but since you are starting, just try one day adding weights to whatever you are doing. This blurb was on my yahoo fitness yesterday:

Sue: I will add one session starting next week. But I HATE using the dumbbells.. I'll be doing strength training exercises with my body weight for resistance
