Good morning ladies!!


This week I am mainly focusing on my food.. the quality and quantity of what I eat.. I've been sneaking in too much junk lately and my calories are increasing (not too much but I don't want to let things go). I'll do this beside

Same as last week and the week before: 64 oz water and veggies/fruit consumption. I can't seem to get them both down at the same time. LOL This weekend I was a bad bad girl, but was so much fun. I ate kinda bad. Wasn't fast food but equivalent to it. LOL

This week I am going to work on staying under my calorie limit, and exercising at least twice for an hour.

My goals are to continue the exercise daily and to really try to get my water in.

This week my goals are:


Okay this week I am trying something new. I am not going to count calories this week (I am going to track them though) I am going to eat when I am hungry and make better food choices.


I am going to try and eat more during the day and stop saving all my food until the end of the day.


I am going for a walk around our office building everyday during lunch. It is only up to a 5 min. walk, but it makes me go outside and I think it will help my mood.


I will also exercise 5-6 times a week.

My goals for the week is 3IL if I'm lucky 5IL. I also want to find a walking buddy or a way to stay motivated to exercise.
I feel like the Holidays are out to get me and my diet! I wish my friends would stop asking me if I'm hungry... I don't know how to deal with it.
