Ok ladies- I can not figure out how to "reply to all" so I am posting a new message.

I am back on track today. I was sick all weekend with a strange cold/flu that I kinda thought was not so much a bug but pregnancy- according to First Response it is not. (Would have been a miracle- that is for sure..lol)

I am back on track with feeling motivated too. I want to work out and be a healthy person. I am using my food journal, and eating correct portions.

My goals for the week are (and my week goes Tues-Tues as far as weigh-in): Lose 5 lbs., Excercise of some sort 5 out of 7 days, cook dinner every night we are home. I will keep you all posted.

Thank you all for your kind words- Misha you made me LOL with your comments about Colorado! It isn't location I dislike, it is it's distance from everyone- but hey- at least I live in a place they should all want to come visit!!!

Hi Kelli. I am so glad to hear that you have renewed motivation and faith in yourself! Being in the present with your feelings (journal) and paying attention to your food (portions) will get you even closer to those goals you've set for yourself this week! You're worth this fight, you can do it girl!
