Here's the asnwers to all the questions you'll asked on my first posting!
Well, the diet I'm doing is based on calories mostly! I'm also taking supplements and substituting some meals with snacks. I just start this new program called Figure 8! It really taste good if you have time to make a smoothie.
This is what I'm doing:
Morning
Fiber shake (mixed in with cranberry/raspberry juice by GreatNorthern 100% no sugar added)
I take Nutritional Hybrids and A berry Chew Dietary supplements yummy (for energy)
Detox Tea (makes me pee LOL)
30 minutes I eat a small meal Breakfast 250 to 300 calories
Lunch
Protein Shake mixed with Frozen yogurt (like TCBY)
A berry Chew Dietary supplements
Dinner
Lean protein and veggies
Green Beans with chicken breast
And one piece of Dove dark chocolate YUMMY!
I hate to say my weight but I'm... Oh gosh this is hard to say 256IL down From 264.
I'm not always perfect with the diet but so far I always lose weight. Which helps me to keep going =)
Oh and the Figure 8 diet is totally Vegan... no artificial sweeteners, colors or flavors.
