Don't be so hard on yourself - I am sure you didn't gain 5 pounds - you know, it takes 3500 excess calories to gain 1 pound, and I seriously doubt you ate enough to even get close to that, let alone 5.


You have done great so far, and I know you will continue to do well.

{{{{{hugs}}}} Maintenance is sometimes more difficult than losing. When you were following the plan you didn't have any choice, if you cheated you go out of ketosis, so you don't have that option unless you want to ruin the whole thing. Now you have some options.. you can start eating things that you didn't eat.. and
