I"m not a SAHM but I feel your pain. Once the weekend is here I start grazing all day.. pick at food.. a bite here and a bite there.. and just eating things because they're there and because I"m bored.
Here are a few tricks I have, they don't work all the time ofcourse or I should've been at goal weight before, but they do help: Brushing your teeth really helps. Keeping yourself busy (if I'm doing a project I usually forget to eat all together) or getting out of the house LOL. When I'm cooking I usually chew on sugar free gum (that's if I can keep myself limited to 1 or 2 cuz these things can pack calories if you eat a box at a time like
HI.. I work 5-6 days a week but on my days off not eating everything in sight for me has always been a struggle. The phentermine that i am on now helps alot. I drink alot of water when i'm at home, and when i make the meals i make the plates up for each of us and i put the leftovers in the fridge right away. and i try to keep busy, whether it be doing laundry, cleaning, or playing with the kids
if you don't have the time to brush your teeth that often, use mouthwash often throughout the day.
I try to get on here but that doesn't always work, cuz I will bring it with me and snack while I surf.......LOL
Hoping not to be SAHM for much longer then I won't have to worry about it.
