Goals for this week

Okay I need to write down my goals for this week so her it goes:
1. Drink 64 oz water every day
2. Try not to eat more than 2,000 calories
The past couple of weeks I haven't limited it to find out what I normally eat. I was usually around 2,500 calories, so I am going to try and get that down to 2,000 except if I am actually hungry.
3. Eat more of my calories during the day.
I have found that more than half of my calories get eaten at night usually after dinner with not very good food, so I am going to see if eating more during the day helps.
4. Exercise at least 5 days a week.
3 days cardio and 2 days at least strength, possibly both.



My main goal is:
To eat no more than 1,800 calories. I've been doing really bad with my eating lately. My goal for last week was to journal, I've been doing that and I can't believe how much calories I've been eating. I want to get down to 1,800 this week and decrease some more next week.
My other goal is to exercise at least 5 times a week, but preferably 6-7 times.
Totally OT goal: to get some heavier clothes out.. I'm freezing!
