I dont really have a diet "plan". I am trying to stick to the diabetic diet that I was on while I was pregnant. I had gestational diabetes. You have to eat 6 small meals a day. Watch the carbs and fat...so on and so forth. My problem is that I do just fine during the day. But, I work evenings and dont eat supper until about 7pm. I dont get home until about 11pm and by then I am hungry again. I dont know what to do........

Hi! Welcome to the board. You'll meet some good people here. Your weightloss plan sounds
good to me. I actually heard that by eating smaller meals more often, is good for keeping
that metabolism going..
I don't know what to tell you about eating at night. Normally wouldn't advise that, but
if that is your work schedule, that's the reality. I would think that if your calorie
intake is reasonable & your not eating something high calorie or heavy before bed, you
should be fine.
