I really need to get the exercise thing going again. I find I go to sleep faster, am more likely to stay asleep through the night, and wake up feeling more refreshed in the morning when I've been working out.
I have a few goals for the week: To get back on track with my diet (I have been completely pigging out for the last couple of weeks and with the holidays coming up I really need to kick it into high gear) and to get back to drinking enough water.
Again, I'm with Annie... more exercise. I was looking at my journal for the past week, and oddly enough, on the days I really cranked up the activity, I slept better (duh!) and felt better (d'oh!).
And I'm going to try not to wig out over the state of my apartment, and fall into "stress eating". (We're having some renovations, which are taking longer than expected... do contractors EVER make their schedules?... and with the holidays coming up, it's driving me absolutely crazy!)
My goal this week is to get the eating under control. The last few weeks, I've done good for 3 days and terrible for 2. It's a cycle I need to break. I think that's the reason for the maintenance in weight.
My goal this week is to make sure I drink all my water and to not go to crazy with the food. I'm getting sick so I don't think exercise would be a good goal, but I will as long as I don't feel sick.
My goal this week is to get my water in.

Totally off topic
>>do contractors EVER make their schedules?<< NO! And it looks like it's an international trend!
