Hi
I am back. I have been gone over a month. I just stopped trying to diet and lose wieght and I stopped exercising. I gained back a few pounds. I don't know why I stopped. I just didn't care anymore. But I am back now and I really need some help and support. I really need to stick to a new healthy eating plan and exercise routine. How do all of you stick to your diets? How do you overcome your cravings?

Did you write your post or did I? LOL I just went through the same thing and I'm still trying to get things back on track. I had three months straight of sticking to plan: exercise, diet, water, patience. I woke up on October 1st and it was like none of that ever happened. Now it seems like theirs always some diversion that's keeping me from getting on and staying on track. Coming back though is a big first step. I feel like I got smacked with the big reality that ignoring my weight problem didn't make it go away, so just being back here has helped me stay more in line. Good luck and welcome back! Annie
