I'm going to exercise...

OK, here we go, new week, new plan. I have totally plateaued, or at least it feels that way, so I suppose it might be time to try adding exercise, that really should be a four letter word. Something other than surfing, because that only works out my arms, and it's down almost in the 70's now, so it's getting a little cold for my blood. I keep telling myself "I'm going to take the dogs out tonight, I'm going to take the dogs out tonight" So I'm actually going to do it today. If I walk the loop around the neighborhood it's 1 mile, half uphill and half down, so no more excuses, no more putting it off, and no detour to the bar, at least not until I take the dogs home and shower, because I totally deserve a rum drink if I eat good and exercise, right? Maybe I should skip the drink and make dinner instead. I bought all the stuff I need for a great Farfalle pasta dish, zuccini, fresh picked tomatoes, and lean steak, already had the white wine...mmm I'm getting hungry just thinking about it, again, with the healthy food actually tasting good, what's up with that? Why did I ever think that McDonald's was worth my time?

Go girl!! It sounds like you're getting it down. Get that exercise in and you'll feel great. I started my exercise program only yesterday officially and I'm already feeling great! You'd be surprised what even one workout can do. Keep up the good work!!
LOL.. isn't it strange how we relate healthy food with bad taste when it's actually really tasty.
Soooo.. did you go for that walk? How did it feel?
