Hi Everybody - Well, I do great with eating healthy until about 10 PM and then I binge. Any ideas on how to overcome this? I usually have a snack around 8 PM because I have to eat something with the medication I'm on.

How about a smoothie? I get SO full drinking one and in weight watchers land it is only 3 points. I dont want to eat anything after I have one.

Yes, weaning is a good idea. I was the same way though. I used to snack right up until I feel asleep. But, now I tell myself, you are done eating at 9. Cuz I usually don't fall asleep till 12. I let myself have water but that's it. Now, I don't even really have the desire to snack after 9. So, I can tell you eventually it goes away. Just make sure you stop eating at least 3 hours before you fall asleep. So if you don't fall asleep till 11, then your fine! :) Good luck! You can do it!
