I can't believe how good I was yesterday, I ate a healthy dinner, and snack, and walked the critters, and didn't even detour to the bar. Maybe I'm coming down with a fever. I actually felt really good afterwards, funny how that works, the munchies are satisfying, but working them off makes you feel better longer. I think our bodies may be telling us something there, if only I can keep listening to it. It was a beautiful night, I went out around 9 so it had cooled off a little bit, the breeze was coming off the water and the sky was clear. I think I'm going to have to do it again tonight. My dogs were going nuts when they got home, I have a yard for them but they get all giddy when they get to go for a walk, kind of made me feel guilty that I hadn't done it in a while, so now I have 2 reasons to do it, them and me. So here's hoping that I am as good today as I was yesterday. So far so good, half a bagel for breakfast (with homemade jelly) and some fruit, the other half will be morning snack, and I brought my lunch, so no more cheating with potatoe chips :)

That is so great that you found a way to get exercise & at the same time, do something
for your dogs! Sounds as if your eating well. Keep those nasty chips away from you. All
they are is salt & fat!
I liked what you said about listening to your body. If we were all a bit more quiet &
listened-we'd be so much better off!
