Seriously, I am on information overload. Because I am trying to figure out what to do for a "diet", and I just can't find anything I like. Except for just making good choices, and watching my intake. I tried WW yesterday, and I was bloated the whole day, and didn't want to finish half of my points. And I gained like two pounds. I really hate trying to figure out what combination to eat. I really do. Why can't it just be simple! ARrgghhhh!!!! I really needed to vent, thanks!

Hey Tami,

I have spent so much frustrating time where you are. It's all about playing around until you find what works for you, and WW doesn't work going by straight plan for everyone. (Been there, failed miserably at that.) For me the only thing that has proven to work is keeping calories way down (1250 - 1400 faithfully) and to exercise nearly everyday for at least 45 minutes. As soon as I divert from that, up goes the scale. Don't give up on yourself! Something will work for you! Hugs, Annie

Honestly I don't get WW's most of the time, so I can't really help you there. Maybe some of the members here can.. and people at the WW's board. Hang in there!!
