I was always told that it HAS to be water..maybe some will disagree. Have you tried
maybe putting a twist of lemon, lime or orange into it? That may help some people.

When I get tired of water, I just tell myself that I cannot eat until a drink 1 more
glass. Wish I had some better ideas for you!

I've read that you can get water from alternative methods if they aren't sugar laden. That's why there's this new wave of additives to put in your water that can travel easily like the little Crystal Lite packages. You can also put a splash of fruit juice (preferably unsweetened). Naturally, the benefit of water with additives like crystal light isn't as much as plain water or water with a twist, but you can dilute more and more as you get accustomed to drinking more water.

My dr. told me that tea counts, just it adds calories so be careful with it. If you can handle sweetening it will splenda that will help some.

I count my tea these days cuz I too can't stand drinking thta much water everyday. Most do the water cuz it is calorie free.

If you start out drinking water slow, you will eventually get to the point where if you don't have that much you will get super thirsty. I was the same way, and in an aerobic class they told us to start working up to it, and eventually you will crave that much water. And I do. I get really thirsty if I don't drink so much in a day.
I use Crystal Light in my water bottles a couple of times a day. Its sugar free and has only 10 calories. And for me, its a "treat" so I don't end up drinking soda, or the kool-aid my husband makes! But it has been working for me! Good luck! You can do it!!!!

I am in at 7 pm so maybe if i put one of those lemon crystal lites in a huge water bottle that might help and give it a little twist. Wish me luck ladies ill let you know how i did drinking all my water.

according to WW- you need to drink 64 oz ( 8 glasses)a day and 3 of the 8 can be crystal lite, decaf black coffee or decaf tea (no milk added) as long as the coffee and tea have nothing more than sweetner added it can count.

why not put a glass of water on a counter or desk, every half hour take a couple sips. also take a sip after each trip to the bathroom. you will get it in as long as you work on it.
