I went out for breakfast yesterday and ordered something called the Big Country Breakfast.

Hmmmmmmm a big ole country breakfast is the bomb in my opinion. LOL I love it. I can't always finish them either but lordy mercy they sure are good. I espeically love the bacon, eggs, toast and hash browns. But this is why I don't typically cook breakfast cuz that is how I cook, the whole works, pancakes, bacon, eggs, potatoes, and biscuts. My lord if I cooked that everyday I would never ever loose any weight!! Hence I just eat a quick sandwich or bowl of cereal for bfast these days and save those delicious country breakfasts for once in a while when I can convince Dh to take me out for bfast!!

as long as that was ur "big meal" of the day, it probably won't hurt ur weight loss to much. just seems like not the best option when ur trying to take off weight. course, I am guessing u don't do this every week, so a treat now and then isn't too bad for u i guess.

Ah yes, the country breakfast. Mine is called Farmer's Choice Breakfast at Bob Evans. I think it used to have the word "Feast" in there somewhere but they changed it. I ordered it Saturday for my son's birthday breakfast (he loves BE) out of pure habit. It has two eggs, Bob Evans Sausage or bacon, home fries and your choice of one fruit crepe, two hotcakes or two slices of French toast.

I didn't eat the home fries and I only ate one pancake. I'm trying to be positive about that change but I know I could have made a better choice.

However, like the previous post, it was the first meal and the largest meal of the day. I even played laser tag, so I'm hoping it wasn't all bad.
