My goal is to eat healthy when my family goes to Outback Steak House for the night before Thanksgiving and to eat healthy when I spend the day with my Gram watching football and dinner of Ham Sandwiches. I also want to go to the gym atleast 5 days this week which includes walking on the treadmill for 30 minutes and using the weight machines. I can't use the ab machine yet because I'm still in a little bit of pain due to the shingles. YIPPEE - I'm back at it again!
My goals are to exercise as much as possible this week. At least everyday, except maybe Thursday. Also, to eat on point, and not be grabbing the snackies! And also to not overeat on Thanksgiving. I am going to let myself have some, but not over do it! Yay for new weeks! Tami 257/228/195
My goal this week is to get in at least 5 days of exercise and eat sensibly on my "two Thanksgivings", Thursday with the in-laws and Saturday with my parents.
I love reading everyone's goals; it's very inspiring. We can do it!!
I'm with those who want to get through Thanksgiving without doing too much damage. I'll have 3-4 oz. turkey, 1/2 c. mashed potatoes, 1/2 c. stuffing, a little gravy for turkey and stuffing (thank goodness my MIL makes these things healthy) and green beens. Maybe salad. No rolls, no butter; nothing but my favorites. I'm not a big dessert fanatic either, so if I'm too full of turkey I don't mind skipping the pies.
I also want to go back to my gym this week and make an appt. with a trainer, maybe a different one than I had before, who will make me up a new program. I got sort of bored with the other one. I also want to tell her that I do not want to be weighed, ever; take my measurements only. It's working out so well for me not to weigh myself! I focus on how I feel, which is very good lately, and doing things to get healthy. Have not "cheated" either, except one evening when I had PMS...I ate about 2100 calories that day. Now I'm back to being satisfied with what I'm eating. Lucky me I only have periods every other month now!
Exercise!
As soon as I made this a goal last week, I started slipping... so here goes again!

So, those are my two most important goals.
