That I can use for skin, shrinking, tightening, firming or w/e. I now have skin that I can pinch and it stays in a pinched position, there is so much extra.
I don't even know any exercises that firm skin. I do isometrics and some toning, but that only really works muscles...
I'm embarrassed now for a different reason than I was before. I look in the mirror after a shower and I see skin dimpling and beginning to almost hang - I don't have enough yet to just hang, cause I have been losing slowly and usually hanging skin is rapid - but I don't know what to do.
Do you know of any products that actually work? I know there are tons out there, and I just don't even know what to pick. My worst areas are my neck and my lower abdomen. I have used some eye firming creame on my neck and that has helped a little - but that stuff is expensive and I can't use it for my lower stomach. :(
any ideas or products or suggestions I am all ears for...
Thanks!

Hi Kim! Wow, congrats on losing all that weight; that's wonderful! I have no answer for you as far as products, so I'll be interested in any answers to this too. Not to be discouraging, but I've always heard that you really need to be doing strength-building exercises (like weight lifitng) and stretching exercises to firm and elongate the muscles and then the skin will sort of "shrink wrap" to conform to your new, fit muscles. It's all about muscle! I've also heard that if you lose a lot without exercising along the way, and you have sagging skin, nothing short of surgery can correct it.
Now, I don't know if this is 100% accurate, but it's sure motivating to get back to the gym! I hope someone knows a product too, just for backup purposes of course!

We had a similar question before. I know Avon was recommended, but I can't remember the exact product names. I wish someone chips in with a response.
Just curious,
I'm 36 and I do still have a lot more to lose. It isn't at the sagging point yet, just when I pinch it, it stays in a pinched position for a little bit. I want to avoid major saggage so I want to be proactive on it.
And my belly button hasn't dropped yet :) So hopefully that is good news, lmao - cause one of my rewards at the end of this is to get it pierced.
Avon? I'll look on their website and see what products they have. Thanks for that tip - and hopefully some others have ideas too.
