My biggest goal is to stay focused on getting everything done that has to get done and not to freak out and just start stuffing my face. I just don't want to "let go" and think that I can start worrying about it next year.

I am going back on the phentermine every day this week, I am going to drink at least 80oz of water every day I will walk on my lunch break at work. I am going to eat 1 apple, 1 orange and 1 pear every day (we just got a big box of holiday fruit so i can't use the excuse that we don't have any fresh fruit available). and NO NO NO holiday candy, cookies, fudge etc....
1. Hard workouts every day - no rationalzing reasons to skip things (two days down and I am on track)
2. Eat mindfully - there is a lot of 'once a year' food around and I'm going to allow myself treats, but nothing as a 'treat' that I can get in months like February!

1. To get better-I hate being sick
2. Eat better
3. Exercise when possible
4. WATER!!-helps with getting better too
5. Brush teeth every day-I'm getting better the sticker idea was a really good idea!
