Wishing you luck, gothratty! WW is a great program; I'm a firm believer in eating a wide variety of foods.

One quick hint: Make sure you eat often enough each day, even if that means breaking down lunch and dinner to two smaller meals. Your blood sugar begins to dip about 3-4 hours after eating, and your body is literally hungry for some fuel. Make sure you eat breakfast, then have a small snack mid-morning, then lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner. Possibly even a snack before bed. It doesn't have to be big; perhaps a piece of whole wheat toast and peanut butter and/or string cheese or yogurt and fruit. Not only will you stop those hunger pangs, but you'll keep your metabolism running at top speed!
