I know when you first start the elliptical its hard, but keep it up! This is a great step for you, and soon enough you will be able to do 45 minutes without a problem. I started at 20 minutes a day for the first week and raised the amount of time to 25 by week 2, 30 minuted by week 3...etc. The first week I was so sore and would be gasping when I was working out. Just remember that everytime you are on it you are doing something good for your self and those adorable children you have! Best of luck, and let me know how it goes! - P
Actual incidence of death by eliptical is small....
What doesn't kill us makes us stronger....
Great job - my trainer once told me - after months of me denying that I felt any pain at all (BIG LIE!)- if it doesn't hurt, I'm not doing my job! So give yourself a big 'GOOD JOB!'
Best of luck, and let me know how it goes!
