College student needing some advice

Being a college student who is working two jobs on top of a full-time unpaid internship, I am finding it hard to number one, find the time to even think about diet and fitness; two, have the money to pay for healthy things to eat; and three, have the willpower to even do anything anymore. I scrounge food wherever I can, and that's my biggest problem. I eat at my jobs, but that's not particularly healthy, especially when my one job is at a pizza shop. I go to my mother's home to eat quite often, and eat fast food a lot since it's cheap, fast and I can eat in my car on my way from here to there. I make plans to eat healthier, pack little lunches and snacks with water to drink, but that only lasts for a few days till I'm back to my old habits.
I guess what I want to know is, how have others finally found the power to just do what they have to do...and how can I afford to eat healthy when the food I'm eating isn't particularly my own choice?
