I'm confused

I have a problem. First of all I have found my solution to not drinking enough water. I was drinking it too cold and so I couldn't drink it fast. Well, since I've started drinking more water (only a few days) it seems I want to eat more and more. I know it is said that you can confuse hunger with thirst but I'm not sure that is the case since I've already started drinking more water. Can someone help me out with this?

do you actually feel hungry OR is it an oral fixation thing (where you need to chew on something).. if it's an oral thing, try chewing some sugarfree gum or eating air popped popcorn w/o butter.

It's something, I'm not sure what? I was used to eating whenever so I don't really know when I'm hungry. Therefore I can't say. I'm going to try different things. Someone suggested brushing my teeth. We'll see. Thanks for the response.

Why don't you try distracting yourself by keeping your mind off food. That what I do when I get hungry. It seem to work. Good luck
