What is the best weight loss tip you can give us?

If you can re-live one event in your life, what could it be?

If you can re-do one thing in your life, what would it be?

What is the best weight loss tip you can give us?

Give up Sugar. - I swear I'm as bad as a non-smoker on this - I'm a non-sugarer - lol. I just can't believe the difference it has made in my life. Even the smallest amount of sugar, can really create havoc on my body.

If you can re-live one event in your life, what could it be?

My pregnancy and birth. I loved being pregnant and seeing my son for the first time, was the most profound moment in my life. My heart still swells the image of him being placed on my chest after being born, and it's now 11 years later. I look at him now and the infant seems so far ago, but also feels like yesterday... It's weird. So I definitely would love to do that again. (although, if this is magic and I can do that... you can leave out the labor pains.)

If you can re-do one thing in your life, what would it be?

hmm.. let me preface by saying this. During my engagement, I got pregnant. So we were already scheduled to be married anyway...

that being said. I wouldn't have gotten married to the man I did... (but wouldn't change the pregnancy)

1. Any person, living or dead, who would you have lunch with and what would you hope to learn?

The Virgin Mary. I want to learn the truth. - and if the truth has been what we were taught to believe... then how the heck did she manage with the heartbreak and responsibility of being a mother.
(I hope this doesn't offend anyone - I'm struggling a bit with my faith atm.)

2. Dream day to relive?

the birth of my son

3. Dream day you look forward to someday living?

I can't wait to the day I step on the scale and see my goal weight reflected back at me.

*hugs* thanks for picking me Dayle ;)

1. Any favorite episode or line from Buffy or Angel?

Buffy the Musical of course - I have that season on DVD, and love it - Spikes song is my fave.

2. Favorite Heros character and why?

The little Japanese guy (Hiro?), is my favorite cause he is adorable :) He makes me laugh when he makes that face to use his power. I can't wait for the new episodes.

Another common trait . . . I absoluted adored being pregnant and can't wait to experience it again . . .

3. What (if you can think of just one) was your favorite part of pregnancy?

I was very lucky to have a very easy pregnancy and delivery, my labor was only 4 1/2 hours, from start to cord cutting... So the whole thing was amazing. My favorite parts were the kicks and hiccups. I couldn't get enough of feeling them :)

How do you keep yourself motivated on your weightloss journey?

after 16 months, a lot of it's habit now. I went into this as a life style change, and do not cut anything from my diet that I know I wont be able to keep out forever. The other thing is looking in the mirror and old pics. And that I move so much better and so much quicker. At my highest weight (314) I was a complete turtle. The fact that I move so much faster now, and can keep up with my skinny friends when we go to the mall or the park, makes me internally happy. So I keep that with me when I struggle.

I also have what I call a "lifeline" I call my mom or one of my good friends, when I am feeling like I want to binge, I call them and they talk me thru the cravings and keep me occupied, stay on the phone with me till I make a better choice in my fridge than gathering all my ingrediants and make fudge - or something.

What do you do for a living?

I work for a manufacturer's rep agency. Salesmen... Which I absolutely love :) Doing mostly admin work, and a tiny bit of traveling with them.
