So this morning was my first weigh in on my new Healthy Living Plan 2007 and I lost 7.6 pounds!!!!
I know it won't be like this every week, but this is a great start for me. I am so excited!!!
I am contributing it to my better eating, my 1072 ounces of water that I drank, and the 7 miles I walked this week! They are baby steps for me, but they are working. I feel great!!!
The scale is not my major incentive! I've set small goals for myself that don't involve weight loss, so that is keeping me motivated. But, a loss like this sure helps in the motivation department!!!
