So this morning was my first weigh in on my new Healthy Living Plan 2007 and I lost 7.6 pounds!!!!

I know it won't be like this every week, but this is a great start for me. I am so excited!!!

I am contributing it to my better eating, my 1072 ounces of water that I drank, and the 7 miles I walked this week! They are baby steps for me, but they are working. I feel great!!!

The scale is not my major incentive! I've set small goals for myself that don't involve weight loss, so that is keeping me motivated. But, a loss like this sure helps in the motivation department!!!

That is wonderful! You need to find something around your house that weighs aprox. that much so you can feel how heavy that is. You did a great job!

My goals for January are to drink 100 ounces or more of water each day and my Walk Away The Pounds DVD 1 mile each day.
