Does anybody set weekly goals?
I do, I find it nice to have something to work to.. keep me more focused. This week I want to:
What are your goals for this week?
1. Do pilates 4x this week2. Eat more veggies3. file my taxes
Ya know...I've never set any weekly goals. I should probably do that.
So here are mine :)
1) Work out AT LEAST 4 times this week (I've been slacking)2) Drink a gallon of water 4 days this week3) Actually do my homework :)
