Dani,

I know it's hard, but you can do it! It sounds to me like you aren't eating enough! If I only ate what you are describing, I would be starving to death and would definately not stick to plan!

Are you exercising and drinking a lot of water? That seems to help me a whole heck of a lot!

I hope you can work out your issues so that you can continue on. We are all here to help!

You can do it!!!

Make yourself stay on for at least a week...then I bet you will be just as in to it as you were before. Stick it out!

Dani,
Have you thought of going back and reading your posts from when you were on plan?

I don't actually know if they are still here, but maybe hearing in your own voice and words what you were doing and feeling might help you.

One thing I rememmber is that you seemed to be praying a lot then - I remember that you talked about not taking communion, or thinking about it, anyway, to stay on plan.

I am actually not religious at all, and I'm not recommending prayer-just that you were very specific in your posts and maybe you could find a clue there...

Best wishes that you find that strength within you to get what you want.

Dani-

I am sorry you feel so frustrated right now. This is deffinatly not an easy process and you have to give yourself credit for the efforts you have been making. Trust me, once you get back in the habit it will become just that...a habit. I have a long way to go and screw up every day! yes, every day. but as long as the screw ups are between (or during) our good choices they we are still way better off then the way we ate before. Don't give up! It will be SO worth it in the long run.

I don't know if it was this board or another where I saw someone had the saying..."nothing tastes as good as being thin feels" I can't wait to feel it! even if thin just means thinner for me, It still keeps me going.

Hang in there. Today is a new day!

Hey Dani,
I feel like a Johnny-come-lately to your post. I know that our approaches were totally different, but like you I used to be jamming! I was focused and consistent and really thought that I had changed my behavior enough that even if I diverted I could just jump back in. Ugh! Was I wrong! I'm having my first okay week in a while, but it's been painful getting started again. I wish I could come up with the words to help you get the feeling back. I've been trying to do that for myself for a long while. I can, however offer any support you need! All the best, Annie

P.S. I GOTTA hear about the romantic rendevous!
