Thankyou guys for all the support! You ALL sound like great friends to have! As for the high protin snack...ya know Dr. Oz does say a hand full of almonds cures the hunger pangs and snack attacks. I may try that instead of the bran at night.

I work at a mens sports barber shop so a few of the guys also go to the gym where I go. One of the guys told me that 75 % of weight loss is your diet...not exercise. This should sooth your woes on lack of exercise. My Mom lost 88 lb with no exercise...but she is a bit flabby. Her tummy and even her boobs are sorta, not so elastic. It doesn't look horrid...but I decided that maybe a bit of exercise could help in that department, because unlike my Mom...I can't afford that boob job and tummy tuck she is getting this spring. I don't know if I would ever step foot in a hot pink string bikini...but I would like to wear a one peice in public...lol!

If anyone is interested in e-mailing me for accountability (what you ate today, your feelings, whatever) my e-mail is salsafire20@yahoo.com Thanks so much ladies! xo, Ambrosia

P.S. Manning is gonna kill Tommy boy. hehehehe. If not, I may need that tissue!

I didn't get the chance to welcome you in the previous post, so WELCOME ABOARD!!

I lost all the weight thus far without significant exercise, but I'm at a point where exercise is becoming necessary. I agree that it does help a lot with toning up though.
