Just a friendly reminder of the power of exercising! Last week I was at an all-time low in terms of motivation and was feeling really bad. This week I started moving a little more each day. It felt like punishment at first. Now I feel back in the swing! I feel like I'm relearning the obvious, like: the sky is blue, and grass is green. Get moving and you feel more energy and feel more positive. Duh!
If you've been skipping exercise, MAKE yourself do it. You'll want your water more! You'll want naughty foods less! C'mon! Exercise with me!!! Annie

I agree!!
I just stared exercising again, after a month. The first couple days I just had to make myself do it, now it's starting to get better and I'm feeling more postive, and I'm eating better. I'm so glad I started again.
