I got off work late tonight (hashing over some issues with the boss) and had to grocery shop.

Weigh 2 Go! those small changes add up to a new lifestyle. keep them up.
I know you will do it.
(I also come home like you on Fridays but i usually make a big dinner on Thurs and heat it up for Friday so i don't have to cook anything and flop into bed very early.
Believe and you will succeed!

Mary,
Lately you sound like you are moving to a really good place in your life - taking control of your food and your finances.
I wonder if you have ever read the book 'Simple Steps'? It is a ten week plan, with four small changes a week that can lead to real gains. I stumbled across it when I first started this journey almost four years ago and although I didn't try everything the book suggested, I found the ritual of reading it each week, and thinking about small changes, and making a few of the suggested ones, realLy helped me.
Best wisheS on your way. May the wind be at your back!

Well it's a great start. It will all add up, both in the amount of saved calories, and the amount saved in the Ireland Fund. You must be very proud of yourself
It's a good start. Never underestimate the subtle change of a life habit.
I am hoping you are happy with this small but significant step.
