Let's Move in February!-Challenge

I'm naming this challenge in honor of Angela, who is moving to a new home in February - and if packing and unpacking everything you own isn't a workout, I don't know what is!
I've noticed that a lot of people have posted lately about hating to exercise...for me, the exercise is the easier part of this (the food is what I struggle with)..so I thought I'd try to inspire some love of exercise...
Since there are 28 days in February, I wondered if we could think of 28 different activities that are 'exercise' - either one that you do regularly, or that you'd like to try.
On the post, we'd include the exercise, why we like (or think we'd like) it, and how many calories it burns in a half hour (fitday.com can translate if you don't know).
Then in February, we'd each try something we don't normally do and report on whether we liked it or not.

And I use the term in the very loosest sense of the word...
When I said there were a lot of good suggestions left, I just had NO IDEA what might happen...
So I'm thinking tomorrow I'll go to the gym and say to the absolutley gorgeous guy I train with 'So I heard about this new exercise on line...want to help me with it?' Which would make him blush nine ways to Sunday...
Or maybe I'll just go to Craig's list and post 'Exercise partner wanted' and won't any one who replies be surprised?
And I was thinking of things like walking, 30 minutes, 50 calories...just no imagination
I told you exercise could be fun...

ROFL!!! I knew someone was going to mention it!!
And Ofcourse we all need at least 3 exercise sessions a week.. and experts even recommend 5 for effective weight loss!
LOL 7 would be awesome to try for!!!! LMAO But with 3 kiddos and working parents who has the time or energy left for 7 sessions.............ROTFLMAO!!
And SJ I might just try that if I can make it home without a blasted headache tonight

Okay, I have another one ... play tennis. 360 calories per half hour. I play with my soon to be 10 year old ... and I'm sure we don't burn anywhere close to that, but we're moving and having fun.
