Let's Move in February!-Challenge

I'm naming this challenge in honor of Angela, who is moving to a new home in February - and if packing and unpacking everything you own isn't a workout, I don't know what is!
I've noticed that a lot of people have posted lately about hating to exercise...for me, the exercise is the easier part of this (the food is what I struggle with)..so I thought I'd try to inspire some love of exercise...
Since there are 28 days in February, I wondered if we could think of 28 different activities that are 'exercise' - either one that you do regularly, or that you'd like to try.
On the post, we'd include the exercise, why we like (or think we'd like) it, and how many calories it burns in a half hour (fitday.com can translate if you don't know).
Then in February, we'd each try something we don't normally do and report on whether we liked it or not.
Anyone want to play?

Not that most of us can do it now but just your General Gardening for me will burn 304 calories! I can't wait till it gets warmer!

Here's a funny one...i heard of someone doing things 3 times. triple x if you will.
for instance - putting the milk in the frig. put it in, take it out, put it in, take it out, put it in again.
do that all day with various tasks. stand up from a chair, sit down, stand up, sit down, stand up.
as long as your co-workers don't think you are nutso, it is a fun exercise to do without formally exercising.

I have another one ... Bowling! 272 calories per hour. And it's huge fun to have with the kids! My DH and 2 DSs play in a family league in the summer time! I'm thinking I may not wait for February ... it might be fun to go bowling on Sunday.

DH and I have a night alone tonight and we were debating what to do...(If we don't make plans we just sit around or go out to eat!!)
Looks like I'll be getting in more than one exercise tonight (ROFL :) )
