My goal for this week is to get unstuck again, I have been stuck at 249.4 for three days and I want so bad to get to 249 so I will have lost 40lbs. SO far can't figure out what I am doing to be stuck again!!
My goal this week is the same as it is every week...to eat as 'cleanly' as possible: for me that means trying to get in all my fruit and veggies (fresh foods) and staying away from the 'junk' that once I start eating, I can't stop.
1. Start my taxes and pray the stress doesn't take me to the fridge :( 2. Drink water, I have been soo lacking in that I haven't even posted in the water war 3. Find a new exercise to do at lunch break since it is way too cold to walk, and I'm not enjoying it.
Exercise! I have been avoiding this like the plague and it is time to get moving!! I also have been slacking in the water department. So I am going to make the effort to get more in.
My goal is to get moving this week.

1. exercise-cardio 5 days for 30 mins and 2 days of strenght training
2. Stop eating 2 hours before going to bed
3. eat 3 meals, and at least 1 snack
4. drink water!
5. no alcohol
6. take vitamin
