Yestrday was a better day! I am an emotional eater and now that it has been almost a month, my new eating habits are becoming routine. At work I get 2 breaks and a meal. My meal is usually a weight watcher/lean cuisin and a salad and my breaks are usually fruit/raw veggies, maybe a 100 calorie snack and this is working.
Now I need to add exercise. I am off today and I think I am going to look into curves which is very close to work. We have a good large gym with 3 pools by the hospital but it is farhter from home and work and more expensive.
