Forgive me if you've already discussed this book...my lurking is more off than on these days.

Thanks for the update and best of luck to you with the baby. Hope things go smoothly and no more spotting. I know that can be scary! What are you hoping for this time??

I honestly don't have a preference either way--this will be #5 and we have two of each.

Sarah,
Glad you stopped by for a visit! I have a friend (a fellow fly-baby ;-) ) who was really disappointed in the book so it fell off my radar. Of course she's a size 5 and a vegan so she and I have very little in common when it comes to our relationships with food and our bodies. LOL See you in 33 weeks! Hope they are healthy, pleasant and full of promise for your little girl (tee hee.) Annie

I can't imagine how a size five could find gold in that book.

I know the whole biology thing.......LMAO I was determined to have a boy last time, although I just got lucky with him cuz I could never know when I was ovulating as I was never regular, and the kits did me NO good!! LMAO

Hmm, between this book and the "100 Days" book I wish I was coordinated enough to read on the treadmill. LOL I really like the way the Fly Lady incorporates healthy habits with the other house management hints. (I subscribe to the email posts and always go get a glass of water whenever I read "Drink your water." Wish I was a little better with the other habits.) Thanks again for your book review. My vegan friend also finds fruit more appealing than dessert. Annie
