Has anyone here tired Nutrisystem? Were you happy with it? I have found that dieting for me is hard because I get tired of thinking about what to cook and creating menus and not getting burned out on my choices. Nutrisystem looks easy. Pop it in and eat it.

Was it easy?
Was it portable?
Was it enough food?
Dids you see good results?

I did nutrisystem about 16 years ago (wow, can't believe it has been that long). I remember pretty clearly, I started in May I had weighed (at that time, my highest weight in my life) 230 lbs. By Septemeber I was down to 165-170.

It worked, but then I put all of it back on, plus almost another 80 lbs. (but that was over a 14 year period of time) It worked, and it worked well. The food back then wasn't bad, so it probably is even better now. It was very easy to do. And it made cooking and eating that summer very very easy. I stuck to plan and I did see results, with out a doubt.

My only problem with Nutrisystem, is it's not a life change. I don't think you can, want or, in my case, afford to be on Nutrisystem for the rest of your life. So once I was done with the system and back to eating everyday food, nothing in my mindset had changed, and I went almost immediately back to old ways.

It may be different now, I haven't looked at the program in a long long time, they may help you wean off their food and go back to every day food, but you still have to be committed to make it a life change, and not just a quick fix.
